South Florida Technology Alliance Asks “Are You Feeling Green?”
On February 26th, the South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA) will host a C-level panel to define what Green Technology is and what it means to all businesses. Technical leaders will tell their stories and respond to audience questions on how to manage adoption of emerging green technologies.
“’Green’ has certainly become a major theme in the past year as energy costs roller coaster up and down along with the secondary affects these costs have on the products and services we use. Our culture has shifted as individuals and corporations take more and more responsibility for the impact we have on the environment,” says Michael Richtberg of Flagship Solutions Group and the Program Manager for this event.
Executive panelists include Chris Fleck of Citrix, Daniel G Bauer of Insight Research Corporation, Lenny Chesal of Host.net, Tim Van Epps Center for Innovation Leadership at the College of Engineering & C.S. at FAU, and Traver Gruen-Kennedy of Reset Holdings Corporation.
Providing different perspectives on energy, construction designs and retrofitting, new technology options, and economics, our subject matter experts help shine the light on green.
A portion of this event is being sponsored by Marriott ExecuStay (www.execustay.com) in Fort Lauderdale .
The SFTA delivers events which include robust networking and informative programs 10 times a year in South Florida. This month’s event will include a pre-event workshop titled How to Land a Job in a Tough Economy led by Deborah Vazquez, CEO of PROTECH (www.protechfl.com) in Fort Lauderdale.
The event will be held at the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek at 555 NW 62 St in Fort Lauderdale. The workshop will begin at 4:30PM and the regular program and networking will begin at 5:30PM. Online registration is available online at www.southfloridatech.org.
